Validation Module ​

Planned feature

The validation module is not yet exposed via the REST API. Spectral assignment validation is tracked in #15 — Validation module.

Planned scope ​

Implement validation scores for spectral assignments, verifying the quality and consistency of experimental NMR data against predicted or reference values.

  • Prediction — generate reference spectra for comparison
  • Spectra — parse experimental data for validation input
